Our Story
Founded by Grammy Award-winning artist 2 Chainz and philanthropist Nakesha Epps, The TRU Foundation is a community-based organization dedicated to creating lasting change through education, sports, and music. Originally established to combat domestic violence, the foundation continues to serve and uplift women, children, and under-served communities.

With a vision to create lasting change, TRU Foundation tackles critical needs such as food security, community beautification, and youth development to support to families and neighborhoods most in need.
